Docker nightly build

Do you have such a thing. I can  see 3  4  and master branch but  not a 
nightly  build.

Hello Daniel,

You can manually perform local build :)
OM nightly build will be used in case you will choose `master` branch
(5.0.0).

I can help you to build nightly 4.0.x
