[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-1036) Hierarchy Panel Package Filtering
Zachary Reed created NETBEANS-1036:
--------------------------------------
Summary: Hierarchy Panel Package Filtering
Key: NETBEANS-1036
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-1036
Project: NetBeans
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: java - Navigation
Reporter: Zachary Reed
It would be nice to be able to filter out results in the Hierarchy panel. I often get results that are cluttered by com.sun.* entries or similar internal classes and there isn't an easy way to ignore them. A simple text box that takes a regex would do. An additional feature could be a setting to ignore private inner class results and/or internal jdk/jre implementation classes.
