Don Bosco Durai updated RANGER-2050:
------------------------------------
Summary: Support non standard conf folder for hive during Hive Plugin install (was: Support non standard conf folder for hive)

> Support non standard conf folder for hive during Hive Plugin install
> --------------------------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: RANGER-2050
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RANGER-2050
> Project: Ranger
> Issue Type: Improvement
> Components: Ranger
> Reporter: Don Bosco Durai
> Priority: Major
>
> Manual install for Hive assumes conf folder will be always in the Hive home folder. It is more likely that the conf will be in /etc/hive/conf or other custom folders. It would be good to take optional property with the location of the conf folder.
