> The idea is to help customers check that serdes are for sanity. There was a case with a customer where serializer had NPE. The effort then was check on the grid and figure this out. If we have an attribute that forces streams to not container local mode even when apps is running in local mode (on in IDE) the NPE will be visible immediately and hence save time.
