[VOTE] Release Apache Sling Commons Threads 3.2.12

Hi,

we solved 1 issue in this release:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING/fixforversion/12341693

Staging repository:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachesling-1859/

You can use this UNIX script to download the release and verify the
signatures:
https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=sling-tooling-release.git;a=blob;f=ch
eck_staged_release.sh;hb=HEAD

Usage:
sh check_staged_release.sh 1859 /tmp/sling-staging

Please vote to approve this release:

  [ ] +1 Approve the release
  [ ]  0 Don't care
  [ ] -1 Don't release, because ...

This majority vote is open for at least 72 hours.

I am changing my vote to -1 in light of a blocking issue I discovered

Since this leads to threads being permanently blocked I believe we
should cancel the release rather than release it in this state. 

Note that the problem is there since 3.2.10.
