Sample file with image can repro this bug

Build Info:
Aoo3.4.1 m1 (Build:9591) - Rev.1351960

Steps:
1:open the sample in the Aoo.
2.check the image brightness property value.

Defect:
The brightness effect and property value is not same with MS office. value is
changed from 20% to -60%
