Yes.  We appreciate your contribution, but what we really need to have a system
for updating the chm file and distributing it.  There has been some work
in this regard already for httpd-2.0, but not many people are working on 
improving the 1.3 documentation anymore.

Anyway, I second Bill's invitiation to come discuss this on the documentation
list, and I'll close this report, because the bug database is not a good
place for this discussion.
