[PR] CAMEL-24808: rung 3 of the ladder: route [camel-jbang-examples]

Rung 3 of the ladder from CAMEL-24808: routing.
Four examples under `route/`, all reading the same three web shop orders from an `orders/` directory (DK paid, DE paid, US pending):
- `content-based-router` (moved from `eip/`): `choice` by country, DK to local delivery, EU list via the simple `in` operator, otherwise export.
- `order-lines`: `split` over the order lines with the order id kept in a header; logs one pick line per line and the parent's confirmation.
- `aggregator` (moved from `eip/`): the reverse, lines correlated by order id with `completionSizeExpression` from `CamelSplitSize` and `GroupedBodyAggregationStrategy`, marshalled to JSON.
- `filter-and-multicast`: `filter` on paid status, `multicast` to warehouse and invoicing routes.
Each has a README in the ladder shape (What you will see, How it works, Build it step by step, Try changing, Integration testing), `metadata.json` with `teaches`, a Citrus YAML test run with `camel test run`, and a CI matrix entry. All four tests pass locally. Catalog regenerated (35 examples).
