add support for YAML-based configuration, add new recipe that uses YAML and USER_DEFINED rebalancer

- New page: user-defined rebalancer tutorial
- New page: YAML configuration tutorial
- New page: recipe that is configured with YAML and has a user-defined rebalancer
- Edited pages to reflect recent updates (e.g. New rebalance mode names)
- Edited pages for consistency/grammar/etc
