Changes in the patch
- Moves methods out of MRHelpers into MRInputHelpers
- Adds a method to setup client side + dist cache splits in MRInput. Haven't changed the configurer for this, since we're likely to remove support for this mechanism soon.
- Very few methods are now meant for public consumption. Some of them currently being used by Hive, have been annotated.
- Fixed up examples to use MRInputConfigurer/MROutputConfigurer.
- MROutputConfigurer / MROutputLegacyConfigurer typo fix, and createCOnfigurer methods for MROutputLegacyConfigurer
