*GIVEN* The business date is not enabled 
*WHEN* Increase business date by 1 day job got executed
*THEN* so the business date will not be increased, but at the end it shows, it was executed successfully.

Should we mark it as SKIPPED!

*Reproduce*
 * Enable the job

 * Disable business date in config

 * We should mark this job as SKIPPED, if the business date is not enabled

 * Both Business date and COB date job to be updated
