   Just a small clarrification: TVM's FuseOps is greedy but CollagePartitioner may require measuring (and thus tuning) many more TVM partitions/kernels. For autotvm this isn't a big deal since autotvm task extraction only considers single ops. But for metaschedule whatever is presented as a Primitive is considered the unit of tuning.
