[Howto] Change the Content-Type: text/xml

I am sending a UTF8 encoded xml file in the SOAP envelope
and would like to know how to set the HTTP headers to say:

  Content-Type: text/xml; charset=UTF-8

Currently it reads,

  Content-Type: text/xml

I've looked at the "Call" class and it doesn't expose
any methods to change the HTTP headers (not the SOAP
headers mind you!)

Thanks

Gavin
