[~diotopper] the following don't seem to render correctly and need to be fixed (see screenshot):
# Link to the CEPs in the dev mailing list didn't work in Antora.
# Is *A host of new enhancements* supposed to be on a line of its own? Should it have been a <h4> equivalent?
# Was the asterisk supposed to have made *SAI* an unordered list item? The asterisk placement seems odd on the page.
