Oracle JDK-13.0.2

         Attachments: nb11-2.JPG, thread_dump.dmp

Netbeans hangs right after the start during the projects background scan.

Progress bar shows different figures ranging from 2% to 94%.

It did not happened on NB 11.1 with JDK-1.8
