Asp problem with the Apache

Hello all
below is the problem when I open the default.asp site in my projekt
I don´t know what it mean.The only thing what i think is that the 
projekt.inc cannot be open because the directory of the projekt.inc 
is not in the same where the default.asp lies.
I hope your can help me by my problem

Disallowed Parent Path 

/demo/LmobileO/PDA/default.ASP, line 1 

The Include file '..\projekt.inc' cannot contain '..' to indicate the 
parent directory.

This question is not relevant to Apache::ASP project, as this is
an IIS ASP error message.  This is not the correct users list to
post this problem.
