0.95 number-columns-spanned issue


In 0.95 the attiributes provided while using column span doenot apply to the
spanned coloumns.

<fo:table-cell number-columns-spanned="3"
xsl:use-attribute-sets="tableCellBorderBottomBold" >

The attribute has 
1. Bold 
2. Border bottom  etc

These properties are not applied to the spanned columns, this behaviour is
diffrent to the older version.
