Deprecation error

I'm trying to use the new libapreq for MP2 and I'm getting this error.
Is this a conflict with libapreq 1?

Use of inherited AUTOLOAD for non-method Apache::Cookie::url_encode() is
deprecated at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/Apache/Cookie.pm
line 67.

$cookie->value wasn't fully implemented in httpd-apreq-2.
I just filled in a few gaps in the current cvs- see if you
still get the error messages.
