The following test cases are currently failing and have been Ignored for the time being as they are related to functionality which (I believe) is not widely used

LoanImportHandlerTest. testLoanImport
SavingsImportHandlerTest. testSavingsImport

There is an open pull request at [https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/444] which possible fixes some of these failing test. However, we are waiting for feedback on the same to be incorporated before it can be merged
