Batik rasterization on the server

Hello, I am a tech lead at EffectiveUI (www.effectiveui.com).  I am in 
search of a company/individual(s) that offers a Batik-based server-side 
solution that includes job queuing, load balancing, fault tolerance, 
etc.  We are on a tight schedule and interested in purchasing an 
"enterprise" level server-side SVG rasterization solution.
