[jira] [Created] (NETBEANS-197) Replace UI gestures service

Wade Chandler created NETBEANS-197:
--------------------------------------

             Summary: Replace UI gestures service
                 Key: NETBEANS-197
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-197
             Project: NetBeans
          Issue Type: Task
          Components: website
            Reporter: Wade Chandler

There is a UI gestures module in the NetBeans IDE which has currently been removed. This is something really good to have. A new service needs to be built based on the information collected from the service, and then moved to Apache. This will require something being run under infra. The information can be viewed for now by going to https://netbeans.org/uigestures/ which eventually leads one to http://statistics.netbeans.org/analytics/ where they may click through various graphs and statistics. One may also use the collector in their own RCP application according to information here http://wiki.netbeans.org/UIGesturesCollector
