Summary: [PATCH] Region should report the regionName on error
           Product: Fop
           Version: 1.0dev
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: page-master/layout
        AssignedTo: fop-dev@xmlgraphics.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bugzilla@mdaniel.scdi.com

I mean that in the most vague sense, but this patch scratches my itch.

When Region finds that the common border BP or IP padding is non-zero, it raises
an exception but does not detail the name of the offending region.
