   How to read filters applied in current Dashboard ?
   
   in my dashboard i have created one slice as markup where i have added some html code which has hyperlink navigates to another app , now i wanted post this existing filter in dashboard to new page which is being navigated when user click markup slice with hypherlink.
   
   Also suggest me how to handle this process with separate js file.
