Hi, i tried the steps mentioned in the bugs and not able to reproduce the issue. Also the code flow looks fine and user should not get null output as a part of API call response.

[~guangsheng.xu@ericsson.com]: Can you please share the management server logs where you are getting this problem. That will help us to in narrowing down this issue.
