Greetings.

In my httpd.conf, I maintain 3 virtualhosts, along with the "default" host.

One of which I want configured to serve personal web space.

I want to be able to restrict /~username requests only to this one
particular "virtualhost".
This would also mean excluding it from the "default" host as well.
