When building a war project directly, overlays are processed correctly (including excludes, includes and skip). When building through a parent reactor the overlay is processed but any includes, excludes or skip configuration is ignored.

Where is the configuration done? In the parent POM in pluginManagement?
Might be related to MWAR-149.
