The GitHub Actions job "Lint PR" on kvrocks.git has succeeded.

Update cmd_key.cc

Changes:
Added CommandDelPrefix class in cmd_key.cc, which implements the DELPREFIX command.
Used DeleteRange to delete all keys within the specified prefix range.
Registered the DELPREFIX command in commands.cc to make it accessible.
Updated command validation to ensure correct argument count.
Implemented a basic response mechanism, returning OK on success.
