Standard OSGi component annotations and FELIX-4450

Hello,

Because of FELIX-4450 I think use of the standard OSGi component
annotations should be avoided as dependent projects can then no longer use
SCR annotations (without work arounds).

Is there any progress on that issue or any known work around that does not
require a change in the dependent projects?
