Links to old API on the website

Hi,

Just wanted to bring to attention that the link to "Full API documentation"
on the API documentation page (http://xml.apache.org/xerces-j/api.html)
points to xerces 1.2.3 API's. Shouldn't it be pointing to 1.3.0.
