Bulk resolve of closed issues imported from GitHub. This status was reached by first re-opening all closed imported issues and then resolving them in bulk.

> As of 0.94.5, FilterBase has a method called isFamilyEssential that allows the filter to control when a store is used. Since our expressions know which column families are being referenced we can take advantage of this. This will especially help situations in which columns with large values are selected as a result of evaluating a where clause over smaller values in a separate column family.
