IRIX 6.5 build and execution problems

Hello,

   Thanks to one person I have gotten a little further
on my IRIX libxerces.so build.

However, at link-time I get:

Cannot Successfully map soname 'be.so' under any of
the filenames

possible configuration problem

status
ld32: WARNING 84 : /usr/lib32/mips3/libm.so is not
used for resolving any symbol.


If I compile my software and link against this 
libxerces.so and run, I get:

I guess these unsatisfied refs are because of the ugly
link error msgs from the libxerces.so link, no?
