Building NMaven Project Using Visual Studio sometimes does not output some remaining logs

Building NMaven Project Using Visual Studio sometimes does not output some remaining logs

This is happening because the output-thread worker passivates when the process has exited or finished its process
even if there are still logs that are not yet displayed

the solution for this is to check if there are still logs available before and output it
