   Worked on localhost:4000 jekyll server, but didn't work once deployed at real apache site. 
   
   Changed to site-relative URLs. This is unfortunate because it means the
   tutorial files won't work unless served by a web server. They can't just
   be browsed via file:/// URLs. 
   
   Removed a junk tutorial/TDML file that added no value.
