> While investigating GUACAMOLE-323, I noticed that, in the login field for the CAS ticket, which should be completely empty when the login screen is displayed, there is a bunch of extra HTML code getting loaded - looks like the entire index.html file is actually getting invisibly placed into the field.  This definitely should not be happening, and needs tracking down.
> Additionally, while the CAS extension throws an InsufficientCredentials exception, the login page doesn't look quite the same as other pages that throw similar errors - those pages do not usually contain the Guacamole logo/header, have a slightly wider box, etc.  Something is a little screwy with this login page.
