The reporter tool shows tha wrong joining dates for PMC membership.

The joining date is the date when the ASF records were updated.
i.e. the date when committee-info.txt was updated.

Membership of the LDAP committee group should only be granted to PMC members but is not the official indication that the person is a member.

The canonical source for PMC membership is committee-info.txt.
