extensions to JackrabbitEventFilter

Hi,

I'd like to discuss two extensions to JackrabbitEventFilter that would allow
optimizations on observation handling eg in Oak:

* JCR-4016 : extend path and property filtering of observation event
* JCR-4017 : add ignoresInfo flag to JackrabbitEventFilter
