    Description: Ganglia installed as a component of HDP 2.1 install using Ambari 1.5.1 does not show NodeManager cpu,memory, network metrics in the UI. This repros on Ambari 1.6.1 as well. This is caused because the gmond slave config for NodeManager is not getting created.
