We need to focus on improving the performance of matrix mult

As you know, matrix multiplication is an important problem in linear
algebra. Recently, I'm trying to evaluate the performance -
http://wiki.apache.org/hama/PerformanceEvaluation - And, I wild guess
Hama might able to beat most popular math library on the large scale.

So, I would propose that we focus on improving the performance of
matrix mult for some time.
