[ANNOUNCE] Apache HDT 0.0.2.incubating released

The Apache HDT team is pleased to announce the release of Apache HDT
0.0.2-incubating. This is our second Apache release.

The Hadoop Development Tools (HDT) is a set of plugins for the Eclipse IDE
for developing against the Hadoop platform. You can read more about HDT on
the project at:
