   ### What happened
   
   Manager should update status in inlong_cluster_node table when heartbeat received. But when update failed, it return success. Then this status may not update again.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   Status in inlong_cluster_node table is normal.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Fix heartbeat update.
   
   ### Environment
