Brought up on both incubator and whimsy lists, seems feasible.

-- The podling roster in a read only fashion

-- Board Reports
-- Reporter info
-- Podling website

Maintain:
- Include link to maintain roster via roster tool
- Include link to maintain the podling's status info (secured, only accessible to IPMC + PPMC from UI, however more likely than not anyone can commit the change)
