Writing 60k rows and 100 columns in Excel using POI

Hi,

We are trying to write about 60,000 rows and 100 columns to an excel sheet
but getting "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space" exception, we
tried to increase the heap size but this slows down the app.

Any suggestions regarding this would be appreciated. Thanks.
