Hierarchical Monitor support have been added to stratos in order to parse the composite application and start the relevant clusters based on starting order...

In that case, we need an Application monitor which will monitor it's children where children are set of GroupMonitors and ClusterMonitors. GroupMonitor will again contain set of GroupMonitors and ClusterMonitors. In that way, we need to build up the Hierarchical monitor support in autoscaler to parse the composite application.
