[jira] [Created] (IOTDB-5560) Increase default consensusLogAppenderBufferSize from 4M to 16M to reduce the probability of large request write failures
Xinyu Tan created IOTDB-5560:
--------------------------------
Summary: Increase default consensusLogAppenderBufferSize from 4M to 16M to reduce the probability of large request write failures
Key: IOTDB-5560
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IOTDB-5560
Project: Apache IoTDB
Issue Type: Improvement
Reporter: Xinyu Tan
Assignee: Xinyu Tan
Some current [issue|https://github.com/apache/iotdb/issues/8403] have reported that IoTDB 1.0 cannot support write requests larger than 4M, mainly related to a configuration within Ratis. Although setting it larger may cause the unhealthy state of the cluster, the current 4M is too small, which interferes with the normal use of users in some scenarios, so we plan to increase it to 16M
