Is it allowed to include GPLv2 software to Apache projects

Hi Everyone

Apache License v2.0 and GPL Compatibility page clearly says "GPLv3 software
cannot be included in Apache projects"

http://www.apache.org/licenses/GPL-compatibility.html

What about GPLv2 software? Can it be included to Apache projects?

Recently I found out about the
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gcc-exception.html which is interesting, and
governs some projects/components. Like intel's high performance collection
library.
