[JK2] Unicode Log messages using 4.1.12

Hi, 

Since 4.1.12 I have the following messages in the jk2.properties.save

And when starting tomcat the apr and channelJni log messages are also
displayed using Unicode

There was no such a promblems with the previous versions of TC.
