Flying Stylesheets

Hello, 
I am trying to use a stylesheet that I write myself (no files are involved) and
I got this exception 

simpleTransform: XSLT/StylesheetHandler.cpp:1167: 
void StylesheetHandler::processImport(const XalanDOMChar *, const
AttributeList &):  
l'assertion `includeStack.size() > 0' a �chou�.

Does any one now what thats means ??

Why does this exeption does not appear when I put the xsl in a file ?
