   Please document what is in scope for the `testing` filter / `TestingCoreFilters`.
   
   Currently the documentation does describe what's in the `core` filter, in this page:
   - https://www.modpagespeed.com/doc/config_filters
   
   There it says: 
   > The default level is CoreFilters. The core set of filters contains:
   
   However, I cannot find a similar specification of what is scope for the `TestingCoreFilters`.
   
   I tried to determine this by looking at the source code, but I wasn't able to derive that.
   
   It would be appreciated if the contents of that filter set is documented in the normal documentation set, probably in the same page (the one that documents the core filters).
