plugins online docu

Hello developers,

the online documentation for the maven plugins is getting quite old. A lot of the plugins have meanwhile enhancements and increased documentation, but you have to build the complete docs on your own to read it. Worst thing IMHO is that they all reference in the project info's issue tracker still the MAVEN project at JIRA and causing misplaces bug reports...
