fix: create the sequences of the default native id generator on sequence-based databases
GrailsNativeGenerator only called NativeGenerator.initialize(), which picks the
delegate for the dialect. On a dialect whose native strategy is a sequence
(PostgreSQL, Oracle) the delegate is a SequenceStyleGenerator that was never
configured and never registered its sequence with the schema export, so
dbCreate create-drop created the tables but no sequences and every save failed
with 'Identifier generator (SequenceStyleGenerator) was not properly
initialized'. H2 and MySQL use IDENTITY, which hid it.
Hibernate runs initialize, configure, registerExportables and
initialize(SqlStringGenerationContext) on a NativeGenerator; Grails builds the
generator itself, so the constructor now runs all four, with the default
@NativeGenerator annotation that configure() reads.
The constructor also no longer swallows exceptions: a native generator that
cannot be set up now stops the application at startup instead of failing later
on the first save. The reflective 'not properly initialized' guard in
generate() existed only to report that late failure and is removed.
